A subscription kitchen in Goa
Not a diet plan. Not a salad in a box. You tell us about your body once, and every meal that leaves our kitchen is matched to the calories and protein you actually need that day — cooked fresh in Assagao, delivered to your door.
Two meals a day on Standard, four on Gold. Cancel any time.
Age, weight, height, how much you move, and what you are trying to do. Seven questions, once. Nothing else is required to start.
Mifflin-St Jeor for resting metabolism, an activity multiplier on top, then protein anchored to your bodyweight. You see the number before you commit to anything.
Every day you get dishes that fit your targets, from a menu that changes. You can swap any of them. Anything you are allergic to is gone before you ever see it.
Not a chatbot. A qualified human who can see how the week actually went and change what the kitchen cooks for you.
Not an illustration of one. The calculator on the right runs the same code path the kitchen does — Mifflin-St Jeor, the same activity multipliers, the same protein-per-kilo by goal. Move anything and watch the plate change.
A body-fat percentage, if you know it, switches the estimate to Katch-McArdle instead, which does not need a sex term at all. Most people do not know theirs, and it is never required.
Every day, we aim for
2,620
calories
Held at the floor. We will not compute a target below this, whatever the arithmetic says.
Most food apps treat "no peanuts" as a filter you apply to a menu. We treat it as a constraint the kitchen cannot violate. Tell us once and those ingredients are removed before matching — and the order itself is checked again on the way in, so a dish cannot arrive by another route.
The nine we track
Tap any to see what it does to the menu.
Everything is cooked in one place. We exclude your allergens from what we cook for you, and we say so rather than implying a separate facility we do not have. If your allergy is severe, that matters, and you should know it before you order.
The FSSAI green and brown marks are rendered by the app itself so they cannot fall back to whatever glyph a device happens to have. Eggetarian food carries the brown mark, because in India it legally is non-vegetarian.
Weekly check-ins — energy, hunger, digestion, sleep, and how closely you stuck to it — plus your weight if you choose to give it. Smoothed, so one heavy dinner does not look like a trajectory.
A nutritionist can raise a swap, a portion change or an ingredient exclusion, and it reaches the people cooking. Not advice you have to act on yourself.
Nutritionist access is a separate consent from the one that lets us process your health data at all. You can withdraw it without losing your meals, and there is a log of every time anyone looked.
Longer commitments cost less per day, because a kitchen that knows what it is cooking next week buys better.
