A subscription kitchen in Goa

Food cooked to your numbers.

Not a diet plan. Not a salad in a box. You tell us about your body once, and every meal that leaves our kitchen is matched to the calories and protein you actually need that day — cooked fresh in Assagao, delivered to your door.

Two meals a day on Standard, four on Gold. Cancel any time.

Four things happen, in this order

  1. 01

You tell us about your body

Age, weight, height, how much you move, and what you are trying to do. Seven questions, once. Nothing else is required to start.

  2. 02

    We compute your targets

Mifflin-St Jeor for resting metabolism, an activity multiplier on top, then protein anchored to your bodyweight. You see the number before you commit to anything.

  3. 03

The menu is matched to you

Every day you get dishes that fit your targets, from a menu that changes. You can swap any of them. Anything you are allergic to is gone before you ever see it.

  4. 04

    A nutritionist watches the trend

Not a chatbot. A qualified human who can see how the week actually went and change what the kitchen cooks for you.

This is the actual formula.

Not an illustration of one. The calculator on the right runs the same code path the kitchen does — Mifflin-St Jeor, the same activity multipliers, the same protein-per-kilo by goal. Move anything and watch the plate change.

A body-fat percentage, if you know it, switches the estimate to Katch-McArdle instead, which does not need a sex term at all. Most people do not know theirs, and it is never required.

An allergy is not a preference.

Most food apps treat "no peanuts" as a filter you apply to a menu. We treat it as a constraint the kitchen cannot violate. Tell us once and those ingredients are removed before matching — and the order itself is checked again on the way in, so a dish cannot arrive by another route.

The nine we track

Tap any to see what it does to the menu.

One kitchen, said plainly

Everything is cooked in one place. We exclude your allergens from what we cook for you, and we say so rather than implying a separate facility we do not have. If your allergy is severe, that matters, and you should know it before you order.

The veg mark is drawn, not guessed

The FSSAI green and brown marks are rendered by the app itself so they cannot fall back to whatever glyph a device happens to have. Eggetarian food carries the brown mark, because in India it legally is non-vegetarian.

A nutritionist, not a notification.

They can see the trend

Weekly check-ins — energy, hunger, digestion, sleep, and how closely you stuck to it — plus your weight if you choose to give it. Smoothed, so one heavy dinner does not look like a trajectory.

They can change the kitchen

A nutritionist can raise a swap, a portion change or an ingredient exclusion, and it reaches the people cooking. Not advice you have to act on yourself.

You control the access

Nutritionist access is a separate consent from the one that lets us process your health data at all. You can withdraw it without losing your meals, and there is a log of every time anyone looked.

Two plans. Three ways to pay.

Longer commitments cost less per day, because a kitchen that knows what it is cooking next week buys better.

Things worth knowing before you sign up

Where do you deliver?
Within about 12km of our kitchen in Assagao — which covers most of North Goa. The app checks your address before it takes any money.
Who can use it?
Adults, 18 and over. A calorie-restriction product needs an adult making the decision, and we would rather say so than quietly accept a birth year.
What happens to my health data?
It is encrypted, and the consent covering it is separate and versioned — if we change what we are asking for, we ask again rather than assuming the old agreement covers it. You can see who accessed it and delete your account from inside the app.
Do I have to eat what I am given?
No. Every slot has alternatives and you can swap freely. The matching is a starting point, not a rule.
What if I hate a dish?
Tell the nutritionist. They can put a standing exclusion on an ingredient, and the kitchen sees it.
